Q1: WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO ACQUIRE THE MANGO ROYAL MILKSHAKE FRANCHISE?
Franchisee may or may not have an experience in managing a similar business; however, one must have the dedication to succeed and to learn more about the businesss.
Q2: DO YOU PROVIDE LOCATION FOR INTERESTED FRANCHISEES?
Each franchisee is responsible for securing his/her own outlet. The site/s chosen should be submitted to the Franchisor that is subject for evaluation and approval.
Q3: WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM REQUIRED SPACE?
Required space should at least measure 8 Square Meters to have enough working space.
Q4: WHO WILL PROVIDE THE LAYOUT DESIGN OF THE OUTLET? WHAT ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION COST?
We have our own accredited brand contractor who will handle the store layout design and construction setup. However, other expenses such as building permits, blueprint plans, professional fees, and related incidental costs shall be shouldered by the franchisee.
Q5. WILL YOU PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN PERMIT PROCESSING SUCH AS DTI/SEC, BIR, ETC.?
The processing of all the permits and licenses needed is a responsibility of the Franchisee. However, the processes and guidelines in securing the permits and licenses is thoroughly discussed in the provided Operations Manual of Mango Royal Milkshake.
Q6. AM I REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ALL THE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT NEEDED FROM THE FRANCHISOR?
Yes. As a franchisee, you are required to purchase from the Franchisor or the accredited suppliers. We will be providing you the procurement program to guide you upon purchasing all the supplies that you need to run the franchised business.
Q7. WHAT ABOUT THE TRAINING?
Training programs will be provided as we accept no compromise when it comes to the quality of our products and services. It is for this reason that we design our own training program and we require the Franchisee and his staff to undergo our orientation and training program.
Q8. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECOVER MY INVESTMENT?
It depends upon the financial viability of various factors such as sales, investment, and ability to effectively manage the expenses. This will be discussed further during the franchisee interview.
Q9. WILL YOU HELP YOUR FRANCHISEE IN MANAGING THEIR OUTLET/S?
As a Franchisee, you have to be in total control of managing your own outlet. The Franchisor will be providing support, assistance, and sharing his/her experience for the success of the franchised outlet.
Q10. DO YOU PROVIDE MANUAL FOR THE ACTUAL OPERATION?
Yes, we will be providing you with an Operations Manual to help you on all the aspects of franchised business day-to-day operation.
Q11. HOW MUCH IS THE RENEWAL FEE?
No renewal fee will be charged.
Q12. DOES MANGO ROYAL MILKSHAKE CHARGE ROYALTY?
No, we do not charge royalty fees. However, there are additional monthly fees, which include:
₱5,000.00 fixed continuation fee (for trademark use and after-sales support)
₱2,500.00 marketing fee
Q13. HOW LONG IS THE ROI (RETURN OF INVESTMENT)?
The estimated return on investment is 18–24 months, depending on the store’s sales performance and overall operations.
Q14. WHAT IS THE OVERALL ESTIMATED CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS
The capital requirement is at least ₱700,000, depending on the store’s construction cost.
