Administrative Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares office correspondences as required, documenting and issuing the same to addressees upon sign-off by the Manager.
- Attends to incoming office telephone calls.
- Receives, filters, logs and/or monitors incoming telephone calls.
- Manages the meeting and appointment schedule. This would include coordination with the secretaries and/or administration personnel of other offices both within and external to company.
- Maintains the office documentation and/or record-keeping system for the Manager and to ensure efficient documentation for storage and retrieval.
- Records minutes of the meeting and issue to attendees upon signing-off by superior when required.
- Provides support in data collation, check preparation and release facilitation/follow through, expense monitoring, inventory management of marketing operations, collaterals, others.
- Arranges travel and accommodation requirements of team members.
- Supports in coordinating sales tripping schedule and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
- Preferably 1-4 years professional experience in Administrative Support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Good communication skills, keen to details, and is comfortable with technology.
- Able to effectively multitask and has excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
